Plot – "Wonder Wheel" is set in the in Coney Island. In 1950, four people met under the famous Ferris wheel built in the 1920s: Ginny, former actress emotionally unstable that now works as a waitress in a restaurant, her husband Humpty, merry-go-round operator, Mickey, a young lifeguard that wants to become a comedy writer, and Carolina, Humpty's daughter that he hasn't seen in a long time. The girl is now forced to secretly hid in her father's apartment to avoid being caught by a group of ruthless gangsters that are going after her.
