Plot – Larry Cotton moves to a cottage outside London with his second wife Julia, while his daughter Kirsty lives alone. The abandoned house is extremely messy. Here, Julia remembers when she was raped by her brother-in-law Frank, whose remains are underneath the house. The woman immediately feels the horrible presence of that turbulent relationship. Few drops of Larry’s blood penetrate in a room’s floor and wake Frank’s spirit up. During a travel, he bought a mysterious box full of gears and secret buttons that, according to a legend, is able to give extraordinary pleasure mixed with incredible pain.
