Plot – Los Angeles, summer of 1992. In the scorching heat of the city, Bill Foster is stucked in a terrible traffic jam. Suddenly he gets out of the car and decides to come back home walking for forty kilometers. The walk turns into an odyssey of violence: due to a disagreement with the owner of a drugstore, Bill destroys the entire store, but this is only the beginning. The man kills whoever he meets and at the end of the day Bill will be stopped by a policeman, who has taken the case on his last day of service.
