When Cobra Bubbles, a social worker, visits them, the two sisters are in the middle of a discussion and the house is a mess. Bubbles gives Nani three days to prove she is a suitable guardian for Lilo or things will have to change. That very night, Lilo sees a falling star and makes the wish to have a friend.
