“The Siege” quotes(1998)
Plot – A FBI Special Agent, a CIA agent and a US Army General take the same oath to support and defend the Constitution. When a bus explodes in Brooklyn and terror spreads in the streets of New York, for them it's time to deal with its implications. Anthony Hub Hubbard, head of the Anti-Terrorism Task Force, is the man in charge to protect the city from a variety of threats, together with FBI and the NY Police Department. Elise Kraft is a CIA agent, now infiltrated in the Arab-American community. Her agenda is far more complex than Hub's. The two are forced to work together in an uneasy alliance, while acts of terrorism threaten the city.

They were slaughtered.”

“What if what they really want is for us to herd our children into stadiums like we're doing? And put soldiers on the street and have Americans looking over their shoulders? Bend the law, shred the Constitution just a little bit? Because if we torture him, General, we do that and everything we have fought, and bled, and died for is over.
